The search for the missing Titan vessel operated by privately-funded exploration company OceanGate Expeditions has intensified, as oxygen available to the five trapped occupants is forecast to run out on Thursday. The Canadian vessel Horizon Arctic deployed a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) to the sea floor also on Thursday morning, which was followed by French vessel L’Atalante also deploying its ROV to help with the search efforts.

A friend of one of the passenger aboard the Titan told BBC News that the debris found near the shipwreck belong to the submarine, including the landing frame and the rear cover.
🚨 The US Coast Guard says the “debris field” was discovered by an ROV (remotely operated vehicle) ~12,500ft under water on the sea floor next to the Titanic.
