Giant Mining Corp (CSE: BFG) has expanded both its board of directors and its advisory board as it continues to add seasoned experience to its executive team. Andrew Mugridge joins the firms board of directors, while Richard Robins will be joining the advisory board.
Andrew Mugridge has been involved with financial markets since 2006, originally entering the sector as a consultant for publicly traded companies where he provided financial and marketing strategies that focused on growth. Mugridge previously served as a principal at Hotspur Financial Services for thirteen years, and as a representative at ZLC Wealth from 2015 through to 2021. He currently serves as a director of Recharge Resources (CSE: RR).

Richard Robins meanwhile holds over two decades of experience within leadership roles, in industries ranging from bank to mining to fintech. He most recently served as chief financial officer of International Battery Metals (CSE: IBAT), a lithium extraction tech company, where he was part of the team that brought the company public. Prior to his time at International Battery, Robins served at TD Bank and Citibank among other roles within the banking sector. Robins currently holds a B.A. in economics from McGill University and a MBA from York University.
Giant Mining last traded at $0.80 on the CSE.
