i3 Interactive (CSE: BETS) this morning announced that it will be conducting a rebranding. The firm will be rebranding the recently acquired Livepools fantasy gaming subsidiary to that of BLITZPOOLS as it looks to build the premier online gaming destination for Indian consumers.
The name change for the fantasy gaming division follows i3’s entrance into the Indian gaming market last August. With BLITZPOKER already in operation, the company is looking to extend the “BLITZ” brand across the Indian gaming market to make the firms operations more recognizable for consumers.
The transition from the Livepools branding is set to occur on March 1, with further information to be launched in the coming days. Livepools reportedly has a customer base of over 1.5 million players, with i3 heavily focused on investing in product development to bring new features to market while capturing a larger consumer base. Such features reportedly include industry leading bonuses for all existing players, product innovation, and customer support.
Furthermore, the company has indicated that with the completion of the rebranding and continued product innovation, the firm is on pace to hit its target of a customer base of 10 million players by the end of 2022.
i3 Interactive last traded at $0.68 on the CSE.
