Kingman Minerals Begins Exploration Programs in The Historic Rosebud Mine

This morning Kingman Minerals (TSXV: KGS) announced the completion of two phases of underground exploration on the Mohave Project in Mohave County, Arizona with results pending.

The Gold explorer contracted Burgex Inc, a mining consulting services company, which specializes in mineral exploration. The consulting firm has experience providing services to companies ranging from individual prospectors and public junior mining companies all the way through major miners, large investment groups, and governments.

The Burgex team has been featured in Forbes Magazine, on Discovery Channel, and many other outlets, the team members of Burgex have led the field in safe access to difficult vertical abandoned mine workings and continue to work on pioneering new mineral exploration methods with strategic partners throughout the United States and Internationally.

Kingman recently acquired the Mohave Project and Historic Rosebud Mine. The Project is located in the Music Mountains in Mohave County, Arizona. Approximately 35 miles from the town of Kingman with direct access by car from highway 66 and Pierce Ferry road. In total, the Project is comprised of 20 lode claims which are inclusive of the historic Rosebud Mine. The Rosebud was discovered in the 1880’s and was mined mainly in the late 20’s and 30’s. The underground workings consist of a total of 2,300 feet of drifts, raises and crosscuts. Mining took place pre-dominantly at the 100-foot level. Two major stopes are present from which approximately 3,000 tons of ore was removed.

Kingman released the historic results of the Project from the 1980s this week. Although not 43-101 compliant, the company hopes to prove out a viable project in the coming weeks:
