Valentina Bondarenko, an esteemed 82-year-old research fellow at the Center for Institutes of Socio-Economic Development at the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, has passed away. According to law enforcement reports, Bondarenko fell from her apartment window in New Moscow’s Voskresenskoye settlement.
