In a time of high inflation, it appears that the primary concern for Ben “BitBoy” Armstrong is that of the return of his beloved Lamborghini. The YouTuber has now sued six former colleagues in an attempt to get the car back, while also alleging racketeering.

The lawsuit, filed in Cobb County, Georgia, was filed against Carlos Diaz, Timothy Shedd Jr, Timothy Shedd Sr, Justin Williams, Allison Fiveash, and Nicolas Dimondi. Shedd Jr is the CEO of Hit Network, who owns BitBoy Crypto, while Shedd Sr is CFO, Dimondi is the head of content, and Fiveash is a frequent contributor. Diaz meanwhile is said to be an associate of the company.

The lawsuit claims that Armstrong was coerced into handing the title of his 2018 Lamborghini Huracan Performante to Carlos Diaz under the threat of violence, with Armstrong claiming that Diaz insinuated he would kill him if the transfer was not completed.

“Defendant Diaz warned Armstrong that he had killed people before, and implied that the same fate could befall Armstrong, if Armstrong failed to comply,” the lawsuit reads.

At the same time, Armstrong claims in the lawsuit that once he lost control of his account on Twitter, it was then used to harass, embarrass, and intimidate Armstrong.

The lawsuit, the claims of which have yet to be proven in court, of course follows Armstrong getting arrested on a YouTube live stream when he attempted to take back his car the old fashioned way.
