Theresa Tam Sits Down With Mrs. Clause To Tell Kids They’re On The ‘Good List’ If Vaccinated

In what is likely the most uncomfortable and cringiest video of 2022, Canada’s Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Theresa Tam sits down with Mrs. Clause to tell Canadians they need to get vaccinated or risk demotion to Santa’s “naughty list” this year.

In a new pubic health announcement that probably underwent ZERO rehearsal, Tam sits down for a 2-minute interview with the Mrs. Clause from the North Pole, warning children they’ll be on the “naughty list” if they don’t get vaccinated or mask-up during the holiday season. Adults were sternly told they too, won’t be on the jolly old man’s nice list if they fail to get their booster shots.

Tam, wearing a Santa hat, starts the embarrassing skit announcing some “good news,” whereby most Canadians are up to date on their vaccinations and are on the nice list. “It just warms my heart to see everyone in Canada, especially kids, working so hard to keep the holidays safe,” responds Mrs. Clause, whose theatrical acting is on par with elementary schoolchildren performing a Christmas concert in the early 2000s.

“Thankfully, Santa and I are feeling as healthy as ever,” says Mrs. Clause. “We are both up to date with our vaccinations, including Covid boosters and flu shots.” She then pulls out a list that presumably Santa will be checking twice, and lists off all the necessities Canadians must do if they want to get presents this year. “One, stay up to date on your vaccinations. Two, wear a mask in crowded indoor places, and make sure it fits nice and snug. Three, wash your hands to the tune of ‘Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way.'”

Tam then reminds Canadians gathering for the holidays to stay home if they’re feeling unwell, and “open a door, or a window” to let some fresh air into their home. The entire video is extremely dreadful to watch, with social media users doubting that such an exchange could have even been approved as an official government message.
