iAnthus Capital Holdings (CSE: IAN) filed a news release this morning, wherein they state the obvious – they indicate that they did not file their financial statements as of yet. The company as a result has identified that they have received a notice from the Ontario Securities Commission as a result.
Included within the notice is that further action may occur as a result of iAnthus’ failure to file its financial statements within the alotted time frame. Potential ramifications include the potential ceasing of trade of the equity without further notice from the OSC.
The company has also now provided an updated timeline for the filing of its financial statements, with the company “expecting to be able to file the required filings prior to the end of June 2020.”
