PTX Metals Inc. is a Toronto-based mineral exploration company focused on high-quality critical mineral and precious metal projects in Northern Ontario, Canada. The Company’s two flagship assets are the W2 Copper-Nickel-PGE Project, located in the Ring of Fire region approximately 475 km northeast of Thunder Bay, and the South Timmins Gold Joint Venture, which encompasses the Shining Tree and Heenan-Mallard gold properties along the Ridout-Tyrrell Deformation Zone.

PTX’s portfolio provides investor exposure to copper, nickel, platinum-group elements, gold, and uranium. The W2 Project carries a conceptual exploration target of 60–135 Mt at 0.5–0.78% CuEq and is currently the subject of a 5,000 m diamond drilling campaign. The Shining Tree Gold Property has returned surface samples up to 69.00 g/t Au and is advancing toward a drill program following completion of structural analysis and high-resolution airborne magnetics.

The Company also holds a 50.73% interest in Green Canada Corporation (GCC), a uranium exploration subsidiary with projects in the Athabasca Basin (Saskatchewan), the Thelon/Baker/Amer Basins (Nunavut), and the Otish Basin (Quebec). GCC is pursuing a reverse takeover of MAACKK Capital Corp. to become a separately listed uranium explorer. PTX trades on the TSXV under the symbol PTX, on the OTCQB as PANXF, and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as 9PF/9PX.
