New Found Gold (TSXV: NFG) is no exception, with the company this morning announcing that it has formally filed a Form 20-F registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The filing of the registration statement is the first step in looking to list on a US big board exchange, with the company this morning it intends to list on the NYSE American stock exchange. The listing is subject to the approval of the SEC and the satisfaction of listing and regulatory requirements.
The company is currently targeting the first half of 2021 for the firm to be listed on the exchange.
