Soldera Mining (CSE: SOLD) this morning closed on its acquisition of AmTek, a junior lithium explorer whom owns the Whabouchi South lithium property in Quebec. The firm was acquired under an all-stock transaction.
The Whabouchi South lithium property is located four kilometres south of the Nemaska Lithium Whabouchi Lithium Deposit, which is one of the richest spodumene lithium deposits in North America. The property consists of a total of 24 mineral claims across 1,280 hectares.
Also included in the acquisition is certain ammonia extraction technology. The firm is currently developing what is referred to as a “green ammonia” in partnership with ORF Technologies. The tech has produced a proprietary solution that is said to be carbon free and that can be used as a fuel, as a fertilizer, for energy storage, as well as as a household and industrial chemical.

Amtek was acquired via the issuance of 12.0 million common shares of Soldera. Shares issued are subject to resale restrictions, with 1/6 of the shares being unlocked after every 4 month interval following the close of the transaction.
Soldera Mining last traded at $0.95 on the CSE.
