High Tide Inc. (TSXV: HITI) announced today that they have been approved to list their common shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market. High Tide’s shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq June 2, 2021, under the ticker symbol “HITI”.
High Tide further state that they shall continue trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “HITI”. Meanwhile, the current ticker symbol “HITID” used for high tide’s shares traded on the OTC markets, will transfer to the new ticker symbol “HITI” on the company’s first day of trading on Nasdaq.
These latest developments has earned High Tide the distinction of being the first publicly traded cannabis retailer to be listed on the Nasdaq.
