Endeavour Silver Corp. (TSX: EDR) shared today its production and operational guidances for 2022. The release highlighted an expected silver equivalent production of 6.7 – 7.6 million ounces.
The estimated 2022 production consists of 4.2 – 4.8 million silver ounces and 31,000 – 35,000 gold ounces.
“In 2022, our production outlook is on par with the average of the last three years as we anticipate the grade at Guanacevi to be more in line with our estimated reserves and we remove the small annual contribution from our El Compas mine, which closed last August,” explained CEO Dan Dickson.

Overall, the firm estimates its average throughput in 2022 to be 2,100 – 2,400 tonnes per day. It also expects cash costs to land between US$9.00 – US$10.00 per ounce and all-in sustaining costs between US$20.00 – US$21.00.
For its capital budget, the firm is earmarking a total of US$45.8 million. Breaking this down, US$34.3 million goes to sustaining capital, US$18.7 million goes to the development of operating mines, US$11.5 million for growth capital, and US$13.9 million for other capital.
However, the firm said the capital budget doesn’t include the $70 million cost related to the ongoing acquisition of the Pitarrilla project.
The mining company plans to conduct a total of 50,000-metre drilling activity for 2022, spending US$13.0 million in total.
