Their latest seat projection gives the Conservatives a commanding lead with 218 seats, while the Liberals trail far behind at just 67 seats. The popular vote projections show a similar trend, with the Conservatives at 42% compared to the Liberals’ 24%.
According to the Leger poll, two-thirds of Canadians surveyed believe Trudeau will remain as party leader until the next election, scheduled for fall 2025.
