Canadian Copper Inc. is a development-stage company focused on advancing its Combined Strategy — the 100%-owned Murray Brook VMS deposit paired with the nearby Caribou Processing Complex — toward near-term critical minerals production in Bathurst, New Brunswick, Canada. The company holds approximately 8,600 hectares spanning roughly 20 kilometres along the Caribou Fertile Horizon, which hosts Canada’s largest open-pit VMS resource.

The Murray Brook deposit contains +21 Mt at 1.42% CuEq of Measured and Indicated Resources. A positive Preliminary Economic Assessment completed in June 2025 outlined a 13.2-year mine life at 3,300 tonnes per day, with an initial CAPEX of C$64M, an after-tax NPV(7%) of C$169M, and a 36% IRR at base-case metal prices. The two core assets are approximately 10 km apart with contiguous land holdings, providing a capital-efficient mine-to-mill development pathway.

Near-term catalysts include a feasibility study team award announced in May 2026, up to C$96M in project development capital secured alongside a deepened strategic partnership with Ocean Partners and OR Royalties Inc. as a new partner (April 2026), and ongoing 2026 exploration programs. The Turgeon Project was divested in January 2026 to sharpen focus on the Combined Strategy.

Mr. Quick has more than 13 years of mining leadership experience spanning the USA, Mexico, Argentina, and Canada, covering early-stage permitting through design engineering, construction, and final turnover. He joins Canadian Copper from McEwen Mining Inc., where he served as Vice President of Projects, and holds an honours degree in Economics from Bishop's University and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Erik H. Martin, CMA

CFO

Mr. Martin brings over 32 years of experience in financial disclosure and management, primarily in publicly listed resource companies. He previously served as CFO for Votorantim Metals Canadian Inc., the prior owner of the Murray Brook Project, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Québec at Rimouski and a CMA designation (1996).
Christian Brousseau, P.Eng., MBA

Vice President, Projects

Mr. Brousseau has 35 years of experience in engineering, construction, and project management for greenfield and brownfield mining projects. He has held leadership roles at Dumont Nickel, Canada Nickel, Detour Gold, Osisko's Malartic Project, Goldcorp's Éléonore Project, and Falconbridge, and holds an Engineering degree from École Polytechnique de Montréal and an MBA from Université du Québec.
Brent Omland, CA

Director

Mr. Omland brings 20 years of experience in mining, metals, and trading with a focus on finance and executive leadership. He is CEO of Ocean Partners Holdings Limited and previously served as CFO for Ivernia Inc. and Enirgi Metals Group; he also holds board positions with Galantas Gold Corporation, Nicola Mining Inc., and DynaResource Inc.
Thompson Hickey, P.Eng., MBA

Director

Mr. Hickey is an accomplished mining and metals executive with experience at Teck Resources Limited, Xstrata plc, and Falconbridge Ltd. Most recently (2015–2024) he served as General Manager of Teck's Trail Operations, one of the world's largest fully integrated zinc and lead smelters.
