Power Metallic Inc.

Power Metallic is a Canadian junior exploration company focused on advancing the Nisk Project Area (Nisk–Lion–Tiger) in Quebec — a high-grade copper, PGE, nickel, gold, and silver system — toward becoming Canada’s next polymetallic mine. The flagship NISK project is located near Nemaska, Quebec, benefiting from proximity to a major highway, a nearby town and airport, and a Hydro-Québec substation providing low-carbon hydropower. The project’s shallow average mineral depth and ultramafic tailings capable of carbon sequestration position it as a low-risk, carbon-neutral source of battery metals and critical minerals.

The company secured an option to earn up to 80% of the Nisk project in February 2021 and has since grown its land position to approximately 313 km² through the acquisition of 313 adjoining claims from Li-FT Power and additional staking in the Lion Zone area. Active drill programs are expanding mineralization at the Nisk and Lion discovery zones while evaluating the Tiger target.

Beyond Quebec, Power Metallic holds a 50% share ownership position in Chilean Metals Inc., which controls significant land packages in British Columbia and Chile. The company also owns 100% of Power Metallic Arabia, which holds the Jabul Baudan exploration license covering over 200 km² in Saudi Arabia’s Jabal Said Belt, a region prospective for copper, gold, and zinc VMS-style mineralization.
