He made a deal to acquire Hecla’s massive land package adjacent to the Kitsault Valley project. Then Strikepoint’s Porter project near to Stewart BC. Then MTB Metals’ land package to the north of Dolly’s homestake claims, along with some property up near Newmont’s Red Chris mine as khunkhun looked to lockdown a massive portion of the region.
And now with 2025 drawing to a close, Shawn has managed to cap the year off by negotiating a merger of equals, which will turn the company into a producer.
