Enthusiast Gaming Holdings Inc. (TSX: EGLX) announced today that its common shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, where it will trade under the ticker symbol “EGLX”.
Trading of its shares on exchange is expected to start at market open on April 21, 2021. The listing follows the initial announcement made by the company back in November 2020 that it was pursuing a listing on the big board exchange.
The Toronto video game platform last month reported Q4 2020 revenues and net loss at $42.5 million and $6.9 million, respectively. Six analysts covering Enthusiast Gaming posted an average price target of $12.33 following the results. The news also follows the announcement last month of its partnership with the short-form mobile video platform TikTok.
