Epstein Calendars Show Planned Musk ‘Island’ Trip, Meetings with Thiel, Bannon

A new tranche of records from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate reveals the convicted sex offender scheduled meetings with wealthy tech executives and political operatives well into the final years of his life, according to documents released Friday by House Oversight Committee Democrats.

The materials comprise 8,544 documents, including daily schedules, flight logs, phone records, and financial ledgers spanning from the 1990s through 2019. Among those referenced are Tesla CEO Elon Musk, venture capitalist Peter Thiel, former White House strategist Steve Bannon, and Prince Andrew.

A December 2014 calendar entry reads: “Reminder: Elon Musk to island Dec. 6 (is this still happening?).” Other entries show scheduled meetings between Epstein and Thiel in November 2017 and Bannon in February 2019, just months before Epstein’s death.

Nothing in the released materials suggests the named figures were aware of or involved in Epstein’s sex trafficking operation. While previous news reports had noted connections between Epstein and some of these individuals, the schedules offer fresh documentary evidence of when and how they interacted.

“It should be clear to every American that Jeffrey Epstein was friends with some of the most powerful and wealthiest men in the world,” said Sara Guerrero, spokesperson for Oversight Committee Democrats.

Republicans on the committee accused Democrats of “cherry-picking” documents for political purposes and said they are withholding records containing names of Democratic officials. The GOP side called the released information “old news.”

Flight manifests included in the release show Prince Andrew traveled on Epstein’s aircraft from New Jersey to Florida in May 2000. Financial records suggest possible payments from Epstein to masseuses on behalf of someone identified as “Andrew.”

The documents were released with redactions to protect victim identities. The Oversight Committee said it expects to receive additional records as part of its ongoing investigation.
