Gage Growth Corp. (CSE: GAGE), announced this morning the grand opening of its eighth provisioning center in Battle Creek, Michigan. This gives another Gage dispensary option for Western Michigan, following the opening of Cookies Kalamazoo back in February.
The company expects the opening of the 4,600+ square foot Gage Battle Creek will create over 20 new jobs in the city. The dispensary is currently open for medical users and is expected to begin serving adult-use customers in the coming weeks.
Gage also announced its plans to implement a social equity program awarding US$50,000 to cannabis entrepreneurs in 20 Michigan cities designated by the state’s regulatory agency.

In the same announcement, the company also reported the plans to open another provisioning center in Michigan. The dispensary is expected to open in 30 days and is projected to earn US$10-12 million in revenue on its first year of operations.
This announcement follows a day after Gage reported its 2020 financials which saw revenue of US$39.9 million reported and a net loss of US$ 29.8 million.
