Great Bear Resources (TSXV: GBR) this morning reported further results from the ongoing exploration of its Dixie Project in Red Lake. A total of 17 holes were released this morning, bringing the total amount of holes released to 300 in the LP Fault zone.
Notably, this mornings release contained the first data on bulk tonnage on the property, with further data set to be released “over the coming months.” The company has reportedly now entered the final months of near-surface maiden mineral resource drilling of the LP Fault, with the current model covering 17 high-grade domains within the larger system.

- BR-298: 3.32 g/t gold over 43.80 metres, including 22.79 g/t gold over 4.80 metres

- BR-320: 3.07 g/t gold over 35.60 metres
- BR-285: 1.11 g/t gold over 91.60 metres
- BR-286: 1.00 g/t gold over 91.40 metres
Drill results released this morning were reportedly focused on extending mineralization to surface, while drilling between 75 metre to 100 metre undrilled gaps. The holes released come from a 2.2 kilometre section of strike, and were drilled up to 500 metres of depth.
