Karora Resources (TSX: KRR) this morning provided production data for its fourth quarter and full year 2021 operations. The firm produced a total of 112,814 ounces of gold for the full year, beating 2020’s production of 99,249 ounces.
The firms 2021 production is said to represent a record for the company, while the results also came in at the upper end of their 2021 guidance. The firm had originally guided for between 105,000 ounces and 115,000 ounces of gold production. Gold sales meanwhile amounted to 113,628 ounces, however an average price per ounce sold was not provided.
Production for the fourth quarter amounted to 28,734 gold ounces, a slight step back from the 30,365 ounces produced in the third quarter. The firm also indicated its cash balance as of December 31, which is sitting at $91.0 million on an unaudited consolidated basis.

The company has currently guided to between 120,000 to 140,000 ounces of gold production for 2022, while 2023 is guided for production of 150,000 to 170,000 ounces. All in sustaining costs meanwhile are guided to be between US$900 – US$990 per ounce in 2022, and between US$890 – US$990 per ounce in 2023.
