Canada’s Conservative Party maintains a commanding 22-point lead over its rivals in the latest polling, while the ruling Liberals have dropped to a tie for second place, according to the most recent Abacus Data survey.
The poll, conducted Nov. 14-19, shows Conservative support at 43% among committed voters, with both Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberals and the New Democratic Party (NDP) at 21% each.
The Conservatives lead in most regions, including a 23-point advantage in vote-rich Ontario and a 38-point lead in Alberta. Quebec remains the only exception, where the Bloc Québécois leads with 36% support.
Support for Trudeau’s Liberals has eroded significantly among younger voters, reaching a record low of 15% among millennials since the party took power in 2015.

The poll of 1,915 Canadian adults also revealed growing pessimism about the country’s direction, with only 24% of respondents saying Canada is on the right track.
Among those most certain to vote, Conservative support strengthens to 45% compared to 21% for other parties.
The Green Party registered 4% support nationally.
Regional breakdowns show Conservative leads of 9 points in British Columbia, 31 points in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and 11 points in Atlantic Canada.
Outside Quebec, the NDP slightly outperforms the Liberals, with 23% support compared to 21%, while the Conservatives command 48% of decided voters.
