Nova Scotia MP Sean Fraser, recently appointed to the housing file, is under scrutiny to provide solutions for unaffordable housing costs.
A month into his tenure, Fraser has also already been criticized for not being able to offer new solutions. He recently called out opposition leader Pierre Poilievre on Twitter, saying “Canadians need solutions, not slogans.”
While Fraser calls out Poilievre, his response isn’t comforting either. Canadians are growing increasingly frustrated with the country’s leadership – and it’s likely too late to be telling them that the solution is to listen to their needs.
