It may have taken over five years for New Found Gold (TSX: NFG) to go from initial discovery to a mineral resource estimate, but it has taken just weeks for the company to go from an inaugural resource estimate to a preliminary economic assessment.
And from a high level perspective, given the capital spent here, the PEA isn’t all that great if we’re being honest. At least not at the base case gold price used, but like anything, the rising price of gold helps that out in a big way.
