Further assay results were released this morning by Noram Ventures (TSXV: NRM) in connection with its ongoing drill program at its flagship Zeus lithium-claystone project in Nevada. The company this morning released the second half of the results from hole CVZ-62, revealing a total intersection of 1113 ppm lithium over 88 metres.
The intersection of 88 metres of lithium claystone marks one of the longest intersections observed to date at the Zeus property, where the company is currently on its fifth phase of drilling. The data is expected to contribute significantly to the revised resource calculation for the property, expected later this year.
Full results on the hole were released this morning, with the highest lithium content being observed from 197 feet through to 207 feet of depth, where the company observed a lithium grade of 1900 ppm.
The Zeus lithium project currently has a resource estimate consisting of 124 million tonnes at 1136 ppm lithium as indicated resource and 77 million tonnes lithium at 1045 ppm lithium as inferred resource.
